Another Tuesday, Another Pie.host Update

This week’s update focused on giving users more control over billing, improving account transparency, and polishing everyday workflows across the platform.

While none of these changes are massive headline features, they remove friction from common tasks and make managing your Pie.host account noticeably smoother.

Void One-Off Purchase Invoices

Users can now void invoices generated from one-off purchase intents such as launching a PieBox or purchasing credits.

This gives users greater control over their billing records and prevents outdated or unwanted invoices from remaining active in their accounts.

For example, if you begin a credit purchase but decide not to proceed, you can now void the associated invoice directly instead of leaving it in an open state.

Manage Old Payment Methods

You can now view and delete all old payment methods connected to your Stripe customer profile directly from Pie.host Billing dashboard.

Keeping payment methods up to date is important for subscription management, billing accuracy, and account security. This update makes it easier to remove expired cards or payment methods you no longer want associated with your account.

Account History

We've introduced Account History, a centralized timeline of important events that occur within your account.

This provides better visibility into actions such as billing events, account changes, and other notable activity.

Whether you're troubleshooting an issue, auditing account activity, or simply trying to understand what happened and when, Account History gives you a clear record of key events.

Improved UI Elements

We made a number of improvements to application UI elements across Pie.host.

These updates focus on consistency, clarity, and usability, helping common workflows feel smoother and more intuitive.

While many of these changes are subtle, they contribute to a better overall experience when navigating and managing infrastructure on Pie.host.
