New feature: Auto-scaling - 10/12/2020

We have added a new feature called "auto-scaling" for API keys. 

It allows customers to have control over their API usage and billing. From now onwards, if you have auto-scaling disabled for your API key, all the connections to it post daily-quota-exhaustion will be denied. 

In case auto-scaling is enabled, the service will keep working as expeted and charge customers on a pay-per-use basis for all the messages that exceed the daily quota.

This setting can be tuned per API key (not per account).
